Standard coil V2008

The standard coils have been proven for years with interchangeable stop disks. All shrink fit chucks with a diameter of 3 - 32 mm can be heated with a single coil. Just 5 stop disks are enough to adapt the coil to each chuck, from the smallest to the largest.

The Haimer Power Mini Shrink Chuck HSK-A63 is an extra-slim, high-precision tool holder designed for 5-axis, die & mold, and medical applications. It features a 3∘3 raised to the composed with power3∘ contour, high clamping torque, and runout accuracy of <0.003 mmis less than 0.003 mm<0.003 mm. Available in 1.5mm or 3mm wall thicknesses, it handles solid carbide tools (h6 tolerance) and offers superior vibration damping. Key Features & Specifications: 

• Design: Extra-slim design (1.5 mm - 3 mm wall thickness) with a 3∘3 raised to the composed with power3∘ slope for improved accessibility.
